IEEPA tariff refunds
Send us your entry list. We tell you exactly which entries carry refundable IEEPA duty, how much is likely recoverable, and hand you a filing-ready claim packet. You file it yourself and keep every dollar of the refund.

We reply within one business day with a yes or no on your entries.
The Supreme Court ruled on 20 February 2026 that IEEPA does not authorize tariffs. CBP then built a refund process. Money is moving, but slowly, and mostly to the largest importers.

Three steps, and the third one is you signing your own claim.
An ACE report or your broker's entry summary export covering 2025 and 2026. We will tell you exactly which report to pull.
Entry by entry: which lines carried IEEPA duty, the refundable amount, the claim route, and the deadline that applies to each entry.
Your packet includes the completed claim summary, the filing steps, and the PSC or protest route where one applies. You or your broker submits it.
Everything needed to submit, nothing you have to assemble yourself.
Refund recovery firms take 15 to 25 percent. We do not. You keep the whole refund.
We assemble the document from the data you supply, and we explain in writing what the published CBP process requires. We do not choose your tariff classification, we do not give legal or tax advice, we do not hold a power of attorney, and we do not contact or file with CBP for you. Every exchange is in writing, so you keep an exact record of what was said and nothing rests on a verbal instruction.
Because automation still requires someone to identify the right entries, elect the right claim route, meet a deadline that differs per entry, and have ACH and ACE set up correctly. CBP processes what is filed. It does not chase you to file.
Two matter. A post summary correction generally must be filed within 300 days of the entry date or 15 days before liquidation, whichever comes first. Refund claims tied to liquidation generally run to about 180 days after liquidation. Entries liquidate on their own schedule, so the real answer is per entry, which is what the packet gives you.
The importer of record has standing to claim. If your broker filed as importer of record on your behalf, confirm who is named before filing. The packet includes the questions to ask them.
No. Everything is in writing, on purpose. You get the document, the written filing instructions and the deadline calendar, and you can email questions; there are no phone consultations and no verbal advice.
No. We prepare analysis and filing-ready documents. We are not a law firm and not a licensed customs broker, and we do not represent you before CBP.
You paid for analysis and documents, not for an outcome, and we will tell you honestly if an entry is weak. If the appeal changes the rules, we will tell you what changed.
Plain language, and it matters. Version 1.1, last updated 28 October 2026. This section governs your use of this site and any service we provide.
We provide research, analysis and document preparation. You receive a written eligibility assessment and a filing-ready claim packet. You, or your licensed representative, then file it with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. No attorney-client, fiduciary or agency relationship is created by using this site or by corresponding with us. We are not a licensed customs broker, we hold no power of attorney, and we do not transmit entries, post summary corrections, protests, refund claims or any other filing to CBP on your behalf. We do not select or advise on tariff classification or customs valuation, we do not choose a filing route for you, and we do not communicate with CBP on your behalf by any means, written or verbal. All support we give is in writing. If you need legal advice or representation, retain an attorney or a licensed customs broker.
The document is assembled mechanically from the figures and entry details you supply. We do not audit those figures against CBP records, we do not verify your classification, and we do not correct your data. You should confirm the duty paid and the entry details in your own ACE account before filing. Where the document sets out the filing routes CBP publishes, it does so to save you research time; the choice of route, the decision to file, and the content you submit remain yours.
We do not promise, guarantee or predict that any refund will be granted, in whole or in any amount, or that any filing will be accepted. Any figure we mention is an estimate based on information you give us and on public reporting about IEEPA duty and CBP refund processing. Estimates are not advice, are not a quotation, and are not a representation about your particular entries. Eligibility, amounts and timing are determined solely by CBP and may be affected by litigation, court rulings, agency policy, appropriations and processing backlogs, none of which we control.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the importer of record or are authorised to act for it. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you send us, for the tariff classification and declared value on your entries, for verifying duty paid in your own ACE records, for confirming who is named as importer of record on each entry, for meeting every deadline, for deciding whether and how to file, for filing the documents you receive, for maintaining your ACE account and ACH banking details, and for keeping your own records. We do not monitor CBP deadlines for you, and our fee is not contingent on your meeting them.
The eligibility check on one entry is free and creates no obligation. The claim packet is US$249 for up to five entries and the book review is US$749 for six to twenty-five entries, as published on this page, and we never take a percentage of any refund. The fee buys the document and the written instructions that come with it; it does not buy advisory time, representation or a filing service. A fee becomes payable only after we have delivered the document you ordered. If you pay and we do not deliver the document, we refund that fee in full on request. We do not refund a delivered document, because the analysis and drafting work is the product, and it is not conditioned on the result of your filing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site or our service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific document giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost refunds, lost profits, lost business, penalties, interest, storage or demurrage costs, or third party professional fees, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this clause may not apply to you, and nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, penalty, fine or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete, from your use of a document in a way we did not intend, from any filing you or a third party makes, or from your breach of these terms.
Statistics and figures about IEEPA duty, refund volumes, average refunds and court decisions come from public sources and reporting, are current only as of the date shown, and may be superseded. Nothing on this page is a legal opinion or a statement of law binding on CBP or on any court.
Every exchange is in writing, and we do not give advice by telephone, so there is a record of exactly what was said. Email is not a secure medium. Do not send passwords, full bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or unredacted identity documents, because we do not need them. We use the details you submit solely to assess your entries and reply to you, we do not sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by replying to our email.
We may decline any request for any lawful reason, including where an entry is not worth claiming, where we lack the information to assess it, or where the request falls outside what we do.
