Three numbers, ten seconds. You will see the amount that may be recoverable and the deadline tied to your oldest entry.

Use your ACE entry summaries. If you are not sure, put your best estimate and we will check it properly.
A calculation from your own figures, not advice. CBP decides eligibility and amount. We are not a law firm, not a customs broker, and we do not file for you.
The Supreme Court held on 20 February 2026 that IEEPA does not authorise these duties, and CBP has been processing refund requests. What you are looking at is money you already paid, sitting with the government, with a clock attached.
Your duty paid, multiplied by the share that was assessed under IEEPA, is the amount at stake. The calculation shows the arithmetic because you should be able to check it.
Refunds are not automatic: CBP issues them against a CAPE Declaration filed with the entry numbers, and the phase that applies depends on each entry's liquidation status. A post summary correction generally has to be filed within 300 days of the entry date, or 15 days before liquidation, whichever comes first. Refund claims tied to liquidation run to about 180 days after it. The oldest entry is the one that decides whether you still have time.
These rules are summarised from published CBP process. Deadlines differ per entry and liquidation dates are not fixed, which is exactly why the packet lists them entry by entry.
One entry checked free. We never take a percentage of your refund.
